This show is crazy! I hope you stick with it. Definitely a binge worthy series. 100,000 Won is about $85 US but for easy conversion just remove three zeroes.

It’s really worth sticking with. It’s exciting and devastating. There are a few typical Korean tropes, like the over acting at first. It really makes the dramatic moments have more impact.

So true. At first I wasn’t sure what to make of it. Because of the sort of cheesy parts. But I had a feeling to stick with it, and they sure did deliver.

It's really really tough to stop after one episode! Need to know what happens next! I have a feeling its's just going to continue to ramp up! Interesting little clause... I think it read something like, "If a majority of the contestants agree a contest will be cancelled." They're going to need to agree in order to advance but as I'm typing this I think the following contest will probably be even more dangerous!! See! We can't stop with only one!! No spoilers ahead... @@Omn1Media Thats so god damn cool xD. That's been my favourite Digimon ever since I was like 8. (Since the release of the digimon x evolution movie) Well, omnimon and gallantmon share first place. Both are just so damn cool.

@@Omn1Media Man. I've just looked up a bunch of Digimon stuff after YEARS and years, and it filled me with an incredible amount of nostalgia. Thanks for that xD. I almost forgot how big of a part digimon played in my childhood. Every thought of a different digimon brought images of that time into my mind.

@@Omn1Media xD Feels like we are quite similar in age (1997 for me), considering I've never heard anyone much younger even talk about Digimon. Have you played Digimon World 4 as a kid as well? I also played Digimon World 3 a few times, but mostly Digimon World 4. To this day, there aren't many games that come close to the fun I had with Digimon World 4. Such an incredibly fun game. Though me and my friends had a real hard time with the english verion of the game. (English 2nd language and all that xD) Edit: Fixed a garmmar issue.

It has a similar vibe or concept of death games as As the gods will, battle Royale and Alice in borderland but I would say realism wise, squid game is more realistic (after all, the 3 shows I mentioned r live action based HAHAH)

@Hide Tiger do you know a lot of Korean shows copy ideas from Japanese shows? Especially live actions or mangas but of course since kdramas are more popular so they’d get the hype whereas the original Japanese shows are just unnoticed by others

@Hide Tiger for example shows like Hana Kimi, hana yori dango, itazura na kiss, those are japanese originated mangas made very long ago but korea + Taiwan tend to also make live action adaptions of it apart from japan themselves
