All these people saying “if it was a man” should go volunteer at their local precinct or shelter. The majority of abuse that happens to men and women is under-reported. We need to stop having a battle of the sexes over abuse and we need to actually make communities safer.

It’s like ok I know the situation sounds funny on paper it’s really not and they’re right to call it out even if it makes them look “weak” or whatever but people being like “Why didn’t they just use their guns” like lol do you really think that would’ve gone well in their favor?
