Really enjoy your videos I purchased not one but two of the vortex strike eagle scopes from euro optics one on my cz457 and the other on 6mm ruger creedmor really happy with them and didn’t break the bank. I pretty much only squirrel hunt or deer hunt so I really like your videos great camera work. Those primos tripods are great got one about a year ago. Hope you don’t quit filming altogether thanks for lots of good info best of luck to you in the future.
Just found your hunting videos and like them. I'm an old timer who loves to shoot my 64 action Anchutz. Wondering which shooting sticks you use. I need some because squirrels don't stay still long enough for me at times. Getting to the closest tree often puts me out of position...got sticks on my list.
This is the stick we use most often amzn.to/3Tam6ip Doubles as a trekking pole to some extent. Good for balancing across a creek too. Rock solid for shots.
I hate to hear this might be the last video. I have pretty much quit bow hunting deer and strictly squirrel hunt with 22 because of theses videos. Good luck in future seasons.
It’s a lot of fun. Easy to go after squirrels because of the amount of times you fire plus you get to move. I just need one fat nannie a year and then it’s all squirrels.
Yes sir me to but I'm 63years old getting to old to climb trees.I'm a diabetic type 2. All I Use to do is squirrel hunt. Just purchased a new marlin xt 22 at 50 yards it will shoot half inch groups. Looking for a nice cz but hard to find them right now and I'm not paying 3 new prices for a used .22 . I have 2 other auto rifles one REM One Browning Belgium made don't use it it's in excellent shape just stays in gun vault.
Understand your frustrations with the platform. Filming can also get in the way of enjoying the hunt for what it is. We will miss the content if you choose to stop. please leave the channel and vids up so we can reference your expertise as necessary. I recently picked up public land squirrel hunting after setting down squirrel hunting for a few years more or less. I have a newfound appreciation for the challenge and have learned to cook better, which is always a plus with squirrels haha.
The channel will remain for the reasons you state. It’s also a trip down memory lane for myself and those involved. I’m glad you understand that squirrel hunting isn’t as easy as shooting them off the bird feeder. It does take skill and knowledge. Thanks for letting me know how the channel has benefited you.
