I had plenty before the ammo crunch. I dealt with it in 2008 so I knew it was coming. Search for gunbot and put 22 in the search. Should give you lots to choose from.
killer rifle bro. i finally tracked a 16" american down and paid WAY too much for it but i wanted it so i bit the bullet so to speak. i sent my paperwork off for my sparrow ss in december so maybe by this time next year i will be a silent sniper. till i get the can i guess i need to see how it shoots and compare how it does with and w/o can as far as accuracy goes. my regular 452 american has been getting a workout lately. i've popped about 6 tree rats at 70 yds this year with my goto winchester sshp 40 grainers. gotta say though thats a long poke for a .22lr. i had to sight in for that distance cause i was 2" low from my 50 yd sightin. there is a certain acorn tree at a lasered 70 yds from my house.

Yeah the name does sound like it implies something it isn’t. The back story is my first manager called me Natebone and then when I bought my first bow that guy added the busta part, and that’s how the name evolved. I think Squirrel Daddy Cane is more fitting. I’ve got teacher tendencies in me, thus part of the reason I started the channel. I hope you pick up some tips while you watch. Thanks for the comment.
hi nate, been watching your channel great job.. i got a question for you ! im waiting on my new 455 22lr rifle and i need to ask about the scope mounts to use and rings, i got a bsa sweet 22 3x9x40 i plan to up grade to clear ridge in the future but for now its the bsa sweet 22 . any advise ?
+mikey Rusignuolo Appreciate your viewership. I think you'll need to go with a medium ring height with a 40mm objective. My favorite pair of inexpensive medium rings are the BKL 257M amzn.to/1ZJkWZT. They will fit both 3/8" and 11mm rails and are made of aluminum to keep the weight down.

I have a brick. I also have a buddy who shoots this ammo and it’s quite accurate. I just have to hollow point it for better medicine for the squirrels. I also hate that it’s that pricey, but you get what you pay for.
@@natebonebusta I am saving to get a a Steyr Zephyr that’s my favorite I like Steyr weapons I own a few. I bought the Marlin because it’s made in Ky and I am born and bred. I’ve owned a Marlin 782 n 22 mag and it’s been a tack driver so I thought I couldn’t lose with the XT it’s pretty accurate but iam having extraction problems so iam saving up.
@@natebonebusta Steyr is the one that started sniper rifles with the SSG 69. Some of the most accurate rifles n the world. U won’t ever go wrong buying a Steyr, little pricey but well worth it.🎯
I believe that you said you wouldn't be using that scope when actually hunting, but just for making it easier to sight the scope in. I don't understand how that works then if you're going to change scopes then, since the different scope would then need sighted in as well. So, I don't see the purpose in using the higher magnification just for sighting in. Sorry, but I am new to this and maybe I just didn't understand you correctly.
Yeah you misunderstood me. What I said was that this isn't a rifle I'd want to haul all over the woods hunting over dogs or doing a long stalk. The added weight of the scope kills the mobility of the rifle. It's much better for sniping.
