Normally we start from Kalupahana and camp in the "Wali Wanguwa" (The bend with the viewpoint after the pond that you met water all over the road) . Bath from there and complete the journey in the next day. 💖 Want to see more adventures from you. 🍀🌄

Great to see your GPS working without signals😮. I am sure you are through some tea plantation line rooms where there are tamil labourers who gave you confidence to continue. This is labour brought from South India 200 yearsago by the British for tea plantations. Good adventure, but prudence dictates that you need to have better support. Well-done. But you could have been better informed of the terrain.
I am also tuk tuk driver 20 years before i had a my own tuk, devil's staircase is little bit near to my home city but i never visited, in my experience I have to say you are the professional tuk tuk driver I have ever seen, ❤❤❤ 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇱🇰🇱🇰

I think I'm most impressed/bothered by the fact that you did this without eating anything ahead of time. 🙃You guys keep doing that to yourselves (doing really active things without a meal beforehand). I only did that with a bike, climbing up. But my gf didn't have a happy face like her, because she was walking most of the time . Craziest journey i heard is my best friend tried this with a honda grace. that's impossible.but doing this in an unfamiliar country is soo special❤
It was the hardest road I've ever been on a motorcycle. oh god! You have completed it by riding a three-wheeler. As difficult as it may have been, it must have been a very beautiful journey.

@@SilkyRonTheRoad Season is December to April. That duration is full of people. If you go during the off season, you will only meet non-humen...Better be ready for sudden rains and thick mist.

Haha it was a little crazy but we had so much fun! So worth it! ✨ And do you know what… we have spent almost 6 months in Sri Lanka and never climbed Adams Peak! When we next visit we will for sure do it! But… are you sure we can’t take the tuktuk…? 😂
