Love new ways of using tofu, and Sriracha meatballs sound heavenly. You're such a gift to the vegan community. Thanks for sharing your magic, Gaz! Also: the front cover of the cookbook looks 100//! ❤
You are both amazing Sadia and Gaz :) I would love to see you two collaborate! Gaz, I just wanted to tell you that, even though I really like you, I am always kind of mad at you at the end of your videos when you eat what you've just prepared... BECAUSE I CAN NOT HAVE SOME ! Frustration level 100000
This is one of the most professional channels on RU-vid. Gaz knocks it out of the ballpark with each recipe. I have tried several and have never made one I did not like.
Gaz you make vegan food look so appealing! That really makes you stand out from all lot of other RU-vidrs. Your food always looks so vibrant and full of flavour!
I'm vegan for a while now, but you Gaz inspire me to cook now only with everything fresh and unprocessed. I love your recipes, tried few already and everything taste amazing! oh and I adore your rustic style! Can't wait for the book! hugs
Have made these 3 times. One of those time I used chickpeas instead of tofu, by first placing the chickpeas in a food processor. All 3 times the flavor has been amazing.
When my friends said vegan food was horrible I made then your chorizo hotdog recipe and they where amazed, definetly cooking them this next time hahaha
Another epic recipe. Thx Gaz! I CAN'T WAIT for the book. Question- Your serving platters and plates are so rustic and lovely, will you be coming out with a line of your own?
You posted this at the perfect time.. I needed to use up the tofu in my fridge and made these tonight, they were absolutely UNREAL. Packed full of flavour. I didn't have all the veggies you used on hand, so I plated it with red pepper, onion, braised cabbage, and broccoli. Thank you so much for the recipe, you're amazing! I'll be making these again :)
Did they have the same texture when cooked as a meatball, or were they a different texture? Please describe it is if you can. They look delicious, and yours sounds delicious also! Thanks :)
Just discovered you Gaz and am binge watching EVERYTHING! Your book is ordered. Can't wait! Can i just ask that you remember us poor souls for whom coriander/cilantro tastes like squashed stink bugs. Please give us a substitution to this most repulsive herb! Cheers from Australia and keep up the brilliant work. We need you! Xxx
I just made these and it was absolutely amazing!! I added quite a bit more flour because mine were really wet but they still didn't fall apart or anything!! Thank you so much Gaz!
Me too! I miss the crap out of Laura Miller. I heard she's going through a depression right now, so no one can hold it against her if she needs a break.
Love your Vegan 100 book. This book is so beautifully formatted and the colors are amazing. I would love to see the nutritional values for the dishes for macro counting purposes only. The food is amazing! thank you.
i'm obsessed with kinds of ball dish and definitely wanna try this soon! ^ ^ can i ask if there are pictures for each recipe in the book? I'm those kind of person that needs beautiful pictures to get inspired and motivated lol. Pictures also gives me the idea of what a dish is gonna be like.(being asian some dishes are quite foreign to me:P) your food always looks incredible as well as the presentation. keep the hard work^ ^ Being vegan or vegetarian is not just about eating plain salads or oily cooked vegetables🎉
Trying these right now. I’ve put a few in the air fryer to test out the outcome. We don’t use oil so crossing fingers. The flavor is awesome. I sneaked a piece😜
I had most of these ingredients already so I decided to make them tonight and they turned out amazing!! I didn't have fresh coriander but I toasted some dry and crushed them, and I used a serrano pepper instead of a red pepper. I ended up using quite a bit more flour than you said but they turned out so delicious!! and that SAUCE is amazing!! I had it with quinoa and broccoli slaw (i would definitely suggest something crunchy for balance) I cant wait to try all your other recipes now! :) thanks Gaz!!
He blows my mind with each and every meal he creates. He makes Vegan Art. Well done and thank you. You make my vegan journey a delicious adventure. Just bought your book and i cant wait for it to arrive.
Eeeeeeeeeee!!! Pre- ordered my book! Can't wait! You are one of my TOP five favourite vegan chefs! Hands down...the simplicity and beauty of your recipes and preparation is second to none. Cheers my friend! Keep up the goodness! Xoxo
I just made these! It was so tasty, the glaze was definitely my favorite part ;p I love sriracha! Only thing I did different was add coconut flour instead of the one you mention and it still turned out delicious
you are helping me transition to full vegan. I needed tasty varied ideas. Cannot wait for your book. Every time you release a new video I make it. I have not been disappointed yet. The protein meal prep chili is my go to lazy day meal. I keep beans and diced tomato tins on hand always so it was a great way to make something from a pantry raid that doesn't suck. I also now own a ninja. you rock.
You are absolutely a joy to watch in the kitchen Gaz!!!!, this dish looks amazing I can't wait to try, Congrats on your cook book, I will purchase soon for sure!!!!!....blessings
I'm "nearly vegan" just for a couple of months now. I've pretty much made everything on your youtube channel so far, and loved it. Its the kind of vegan food I want to eat. Of course I have ordered the book, just sad its not out for Christmas as it would make a great pressie for all my non vegan pals :) keep up the good work :)
Made these today, absolutely amazing! Soft, flavorful, easy to make! I served it with some buckwheat Japanese pasta and roasted baby bok choy. It must the best meatball recipe I've ever made, vegan or non vegan, a must try! Thank you, Gaz, for this recipe! :)
Plenty of amazing vegan alternatives! :) Gardein is great, if you have that available. Or Beyond Meat/Impossible Burger are great for burger replacements.
I made these the other day with the homemade flatbread and sour cream. One of the best things ever! Actually tastes quite meaty I was expecting it to be more like a falafel but it was much nicer and my non vegan bf loved it too.
I usually add wheat gluten for a better texture, it helps contain the moisture within the tofu so it doesn’t get dry and crumbly after roasting or searing, a good tsp of vegimite also helps improve the flavor
thanks Gaz for sharing your love for healthy food ..and that i dont have to buy those expensive vegatarian product in the stores with all the e numbers in it...just finished making those lovely meatballs ... instead of egg replacer i took one banana and i took teff flower ..loved it ..greetings fron the netherlands and keep up the good work
Gaz this is a gorgeous plating and the recipe looks like it would be absolutely delicious and something us Vegans can serve to transitioning people or meat eaters to make it possibly easier for them! A win, win, win! Thank you! ❤️Kathy
I pre-ordered & rec'd email today that my two copies of Vegan 100 are arriving in the post tomorrow from Booktopia. (I'm in Sydney, Australia.) 'Can't wait!
New to this channel. Love the look of the food and that fresh vibe and photography you bring to being a vegan. That protein vid was amazing. Can't wait to cook some of these foods! Keep it up bro.
You are such a master epicurean esteemed exquisite chef, Gaz. I like cooking my own vegetarian meals, but if I ever had a personal chef, I'd like it to be none other than THE GAZ MATE! This food looks so Good! God!
I bought "Plants Only Kitchen" a few months after changing to a plant-based diet over year ago and it has been wonderful. I guess I need to pick up Vegan 100 now.
this is great to show everyone saying "vegan food is disgusting/has no taste/is like eating grass". thanks for the recipe! find it hard to make vegan/vegetarian balls stick together, will def try the chia seed/tofu combo! and also, in sweden the word "meat" rhymes with the word for nice/great, so we call vegan meatballs "niceballs" lmao. maybe english speakers could call them "neatballs"?
Evening. A friend recommended I watch a few of your videos, so I have and love the colours of your food and the meals will be easy & enjoyable for me to put together so I have pre-ordered your book. Glad to have stumbled upon you. Keep it up. Thanks
I made these for my boyfriend and I, however he doesnt like sriracha (a real trial on our relationship tbh) so i swapped it with a mild green curry paste and it was bomb! (Still topped mine with that sweet srirach tho). thanks for the constant inspiration!
