Why is no one talking about how hilarious she is? The way she speaks about her journey is really engaging and enjoyable. I feel she’s able to convey the struggle of being overweight without evoking guilt or sympathy from the listener. Well done!
This just proves with the right mindset, you can accomplish anything. Always believe in yourself. With this program I've lost 45 lbs ( 20% of my body weight) in 5 months and I feel better at 50 than I did at 20. Thanks DDP and DDP Yoga for saving my life.
@@donnaocchuizzo8578 DDP stand for Diamond Dallas Page. That was his stage name when he wrestled WCW and WWF. As for what's special about DDP Yoga, well it's a mix of strength training, yoga and nutrition. The system is very flexible allowing anyone to get started and tailor make the workouts to the capabilities of any individual. His teaching style is very supportive and encouraging.
@@thomash1894 unless someone is willing to do something about their weight, insulting them under the guise of ‘friendship’ isn’t going to lead to any long term changes.
@@thespear4083 Quote: "she didn't want me to sit in her favorite chair, because she was afraid I was going to break it". This was not a personalized insult, her friend's comment was a legitimate concern that a specific chair would be unable to support 300lbs+. Google it, an average chair is only built to handle 250lbs. If friend had instead called her a fat hog, I would agree with you, but that is not at all what was said per the quote. Further Stacey's anecdote does not have a tone of maliciousness from her friend, I bet the comment was with a tone of concern. More likely her friend was quote "afraid" primarily for Stacey getting hurt from the fall if the chair collapsed. Stacy was NOT willing to do something about her weight - doctor said she was too fat and she just went home and ate chips; Stacey had severe body dysmorphia perceiving herself as skinny when 300+. This chair anecdote obviously made a huge impression otherwise she wouldn't have mentioned it, therefore this "insult", as you perceive it, likely WAS a huge and if not the driving catalyst for long term change and a better life. Your comment is absurd and how you villainize the friend is absurd.
Wow what an awesome story and transformation!!! I've been doing ddpy for 8 weeks now and I can already see the changes in myself. I want you to know that it's videos and story's like yours that give me the strength to keep going so thank you so much!!!
Holy Wow! How beautiful! I thought I was the only person who thought like her-in referring to "seeing myself as skinny" although I am not! I am speechless over her transformation. Any excess skin or downfalls to losing that much weight? You know-changes, and all? Beautiful all the way through!
Very intelligent, with such a warm heart .Congratulations to you on your transformation.I know your family are so proud of you . And I know you are feeling good about yourself . I have been overweight my whole life I’m almost 70 got tired of not being able to tie my shoes . My health is bad two hip replacements and shoulders are gone from the type of work I use to do . I decided I would stop eating after 4:00 pm and then I decided I would just eat one time a day at that time . Stopped drinking sodas or eating fast food . I’ve lost 100 lbs feel like a different person ,and I will not return to old habits . I visualized my family having to handle Me if something happened to me . I weighed 309 I’m down too 209 no paticular vision of perfect weight Just going to let nature takes its course . Thanks so much And god Bless you You are an inspiration for so many you don’t even realize.
I need this. I've lost all confidence in myself. I have a back injury that makes me unable to do anything. My doctor tells me if I lost weight I would take pressure of my disks. I wish I could speak to DDP!
May I ask, why do you feel you need to speak directly to him? Personally, I just watch all the success stories I can and do what I am physically able to do with you tube clips and start at the level that I'm able. None the less, we are cheering you on.
Yes I’ve had thing where store assistants have said “ the plus size clothes are over there”…I once had a thing where three guys came out of shop and as I walked in passed them, one wolf whistled then they all fell about laughing. That was 20 years ago. I’m not that person anymore….👗👙👠💋
Incredible transformation. There are probably some dudes in her circle of acquaintances who are showing a sudden interest in keeping company with her. If so, she should put them on the spot and ask them why the sudden interest. Conversely, if there were any guys who dated her prior to the transformation, perhaps they should be rewarded with the opportunity to spend some "quality time" with the hotter version of Stacey. 😉
I know Dallas is a wonderful guy but I just can't get past his voice. I never liked rough talk and I avoid it whenever I can. I am to blame. Just sayin'.
Smoking Crack or any drugs for that matter will destroy your voice your throat I'm sure there is some of that in his life And you know when I look at him he don't look healthy
I mean if you read the bottom of the screen around 1:19 it says along the lines that you need to be doing the exercise around 4-6 times a week and following a nutrition programme. If you are struggling with weight I hope you got help. I realise this comment was a long time ago
@@danielmcgravie2929 its so funny when you randomly get a reply on comments you made years ago. Haha. Yes. I lost it with intermittent fasting and keto. So yoga. 😅 thanks for your reply
