Today we take a ride on an Alexander Pointer Dart on the 2A from Saltash to Permos Road, Plymouth. Saltash is the location of the Royal Albert Bridge (Rail), designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The road bridge we go over is Tamar Bridge, on the A38 trunk road, over the river Tamar. Stagecoach South West run a number of services in Plymouth and the surrounding area. If you are using the "Ride Cornwall" bus and train ticket, you can catch any bus from Saltash (Cornwall) into Plymouth (Devon) on it, as the ticket allows you to catch a bus from the county into another.
