I love people who bash a guy for making money. Lol. I run a small company as well. I always let my customers know right up front. I'm not the cheapest, but I will stand behind my work, and they have always called back for more work. There is always a guy or many that fly through them and are cheaper than us. Im not competing with them. I offer a servive for a price like it or not. I have insurance, equipment, taxes, business licensing, fuel, and time. I will be in business for another 10 yrs as well. Im worth a set amount of money that's plain and simple. Sqft pricing is what we quote. If it's a shadow box, we multiple height x length x 1.5 for over lap per side. I know guys that spry the same per ft regardless of the fence. that's just stupid. They kill one customer and then lose money on the next.
@hapremierpainting so how much is labor cost on a shadow box. Its 4500 sq ft.That includes the 1.5 to allow for the extra surface area due to it being a shadow box style. These fences are different so i wanted to ask your opinion.
@@hapremierpainting oh wow, so it works for both paint and oil? or do you use a separate one for paint. sorry for so many questions, i started a small local staining business and im trying to upgrade to better gear 💪
@@alexandonov8253 not at all man this is a great question and wish someone would’ve told me this before. we like to use separate sprayers. One for oil and another for water base products. Good luck with your project 💪🏽
Great questions, for new fence I always recommend using oil base stain or semi solid stain. These 2 products are more durable than other and you can get this at your local paint store like Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore.
Not sure how charging customers for blown out profit margins is brag-able … come over my place I’ll charge you $300 to change your oil and see if you come back
We understand that our company is not for everyone. I was actually the cheapest qoute in this one out of three lol by the way I pay $200 for an oil change on my bmw 🤷♂️
