Kelsey! That staircase looks incredible! The transformation has been extremely satisfying to watch and I know you're not even completely finished. The value you have added to this house is huge! You are so pleasant to listen to & watch! You really have such a nice calm way about you And You make everything look So easY - lol! - which I know is not the reality it's camera magic - lol! That said - I really appreciate that you take the time to point out tricks & tips you have learned along the way - including when something hasn't worked out so that we don't make the same mistake!

The closed off stairs made the area feel closed off. The transformation with opening it up with the rails made the area seem much bigger. Seeing through made a huge impact. You are super talented! Bravooooo!!

You did a very nice job. I'm a contractor in New England. There is one problem still railings. Need to be continuous. which means one of those railings needs to go from the bottom of the stairs to the top of the stairs uninterrupted so they can't tie into the wall like they do one of them needs to go all the way up. I just dealt with this and I overlooked it myself

Hi, building codes are different in different areas. Where I live, it’s required that the handrail tie into the wall like that.

I think it looks great, the only thing is; I feel that the post would look better if it matched the railing. It is much more open and brighter. Great Job!
