The perfect video about what not to do in a Navajo… almost 4000ft at take off power until the first reduction to climb power setting…. Climb with fuel rich… not controlling a stabilized speed during climb… lowering the RPM before manifold… rapid opening and closing of manifold…. Closed power descent … and on and on and on……. At the end of the day there’s still a question for this type of operation for some pilots such as “why my cylinders.. or crankshaft or camshaft cracked …”
Vortex generators installed? With VGs the Chieftain can be held in heavy stall buffet for as long as you please and can be turned wherever you'd care to go with gentle aileron application.
+Schluesselmensch Yes they are installed. I'm pretty rough on this flight as it was a test for the stall warnin system. So no mercy. But it can fly very very slow...
Schluesselmensch I don't think this guy understands"gentle aileron" application. Lol I've never seen someone so rough on the yolk in my life and I've been in MEI for many years.
