Picked up a super match cheap due to the owner could not get 1/2 accuracy.....No kidding.....getting low on H4895 might have to switch to Varget...

Varget was a good choice and lately I’ve been using IMR 4064 which has been grouping great

I have an M1A standard in a ark angel stock. Is part 1 to this video all you had done to "accurize" the M1A? I have been shooting rifles for over 15+ years and trust myself to be a good shooter. I am unable to get my rifle to shoot tighter than 2 MoA with a scope. I was wondering if you would recommend getting a fiberglass stock like you had and bedding the rifle, or if I could do the same with the ark angle stock I currently have. Thanks!

Part one is everything I did to tighten it up. You can definitely bed the archangel and the gas shim kit is a worth while upgrade. I understand the M1A frustration too well and I swear by these methods. I have an Instagram friend who used the same method and just shot consistent sub MOA groups at 400 yards yesterday with a bedded walnut stock.

No one ever accused the M14 of being inaccurate. Now just make sure you don’t take it out of its stock. If you do you might be back to square one

I’m afraid I made the accusation….and it was my own inexperience with the gun which led me to believe it. I’ll never take it out of this stock again

This is not an issue with standard M1-A or M-14 rifles.
