Started these Monday 10/024. I'm on day 3 ,I'm really enjoying these exercises. Just straight to it ,no chatting I love it that way! I've done them in the morning and afternoon so far. ❤

Сейчас я уже окрепла, мне в будущем году будет 60 лет 💥💥💥 А начинала с двух трех движений , настолько было мне больно 🥺😤 а сейчас это к счастью в прошлом. Awesome workout! I love that these ab exercises can be done standing up - it adds a nice twist to my routine. The moves are effective and really get the core working. #12 there is no way I would do I'll get so dizzy. It seems like those exercises to build muscles on the thighs and to loose fat on it as well got nothing to do with stomach
You should be able to do some version of the first one. I know having gone from barely even walking to a multiple times a week workout routine. Just start slow and do what you can. Best advice i ever got; congratulate yr self every time you get off the couch. Congratulate yourself for walking to the corner, it will turn into around the block, then a quarter mile, then half, etc if you just keep at it. Really, no ones business but yours, keep it to yourself and let the internal dialogue be positive and rewarding. Good luck, best!
Do not do this !! It’s absolutely useless. Your abs have to be working against gravity to be put under tension !! You cannot train your abs while standing up like this. Please save your time and energy
