PLEASE MORE STANDING VIDEOS! I didn’t even know this was something to request lol I had surgery on my wrist and it makes it difficult to do anything in push up formation. This is awesome. THANK YOU!

Here is my tip for all of my people who get bored to death by exercises: I have a laptop connected to the external display. On the laptop display I launch standing exercise videos, on the other display I launch a TV show. Works like a charm. Thanks again to the channel for standing exercise routines!

I watched this first because a lot of videos say they are low impact and they are not. This one is. I can’t wait to try this one. Make more low impact videos. Love it

The mat you are using is just a regular yoga mat ? it looks different from the video but just asking because I have a mat and it's always moving around LOL I really like your low impact exercises.
