My 4th day of workout. I feel great. I've been with other site, I found it too simple and just dancing , it's also good, I enjoyed it too but I am looking for an exercise like this, more movement. Thanks Brian for helping us to be strong and healthy.
My husband and I did this together! We got through 2 sets then stretched and decided to do it every day until we can do the entire 20 minutes. Thank you for getting us off the couch! I had to mop the floor after the workout because of all the sweat! :)
Wow ! this was a nice comeback ‼There I am, looking for a simple short workout. I haven't done your workouts for a couple of months since I've been dealing with a recurring knee problem. I thought I'd start back, little less exuberant😉… but Brian it doesn't matter which workout you do, you make us sweat buckets 😜❤
4yr old daughter walks in 12 min into the workout... Daughter:Mommy what you doing? Me:exercise Daughter: can I join you?... Me:Of course! ....Daughter jumps up and down giggling through the rest of the workout😂😂😂 Love this workout...its Kid friendly👍
Thank you for this video. It makes me feel like I did something good for my body. I also like that your music is instrumental. I don't like dirty lyrics that are pretty much the normal with other exercise videos.

Good 🌄 Brian how you doing I'm OK! I'm back I was doing this work out I'm wet see your body missed the work outs but my weight is fine l'm 179 wasn't line & tummy when down. But my hurt my self I still active doing walk not craving like before . Eat a little snack nuts, pistasous,almond, pumpkin seed not to many food portion I'm self keeping up my diet .eating my veggies now I burned 🔥 139 calories I monitor on my wacth God bless you coach I'm not giving up. Goodmoring brian I'm taking it day by day my diet is good been to Dr. Stomach ok! Thank God lost weight still at was 175-168 now 160 my Dr. That way to do it rember I'm very active person if don't get chance excise I'm walking excise it alot I haven forgotten you!
