@@emmaderez1921 he has one good distance runner and some good mid d girls but the rest of them team is trash. Stanford gets the top athletes every year and they suck.

He’s a great coach it takes a lot to adjust to the Stanford training it’s pretty low mileage,high intensity and the workout are pretty fast and so are the regular runs so often freshman and sophomore or even transfer student need time to adjust to the training. That’s for distance but as well as mid distance.
