A note from a longtime follower of SC: the recommended hardware requirements are "severely outdated" and date back to the early days They should be adapted to the current requirements of the game! You MUST install/have a fast PCIe SSD and at least 32 Gig Ram in the system, and know how to optimally set your PC for speed, it´s not enough to throw things into the case and hope that everything will work out As an example my old PC from 2015 EXTRA put together for SC: AMD Bulldozer Black Edition OC to 5.4 GHz 16 GB RAM OEM SSD from Samsung, which was not available to private customers at the time, and a 2x 960 SLI ran until 2019 under the category "medium" settings and brought fewer and fewer frames until the end only gave constant single-digit FPS

I’m so happy for you. Eve online sucks so bad. My pc can’t even run this game but eventually I’m sure I’ll be able to play it. I lag so bad in the game

I left EVE in march this year after CCP f**ked the game up over the last 3 yrs,and moved to Star citizen I don’t regret it,I just hope the toxic EVE players remain where they’re and don’t come to Star citizen in large numbers.

Main thing to know is not to waste money on a game that will never even be close to being completed, good video though.

Y'know, with the development of some games their publishers have called "finished" or "good enough to ship", I think I'm okay with that.

@@JuriusDoctor Thats fair, it's just hard to give my support to a game that has had more budget then most movies and missed its release date by ten years but is still not even really out of alpha.

@@shawn9042 It's mainly because if you look at their plans 10 years ago vs now it's drastically different. With more funding they were able to massively increase their plans, leading to them having to develop groundbreaking tech as they are on an outdated engine.

Actually that would be EVE Online. CCP makes only $2M per quarter less than CIG, but has only 120 people working on EVE to Star Citizen's 730 staff. Which dollars are being better spent? And who is just taking your money and smiling?

@@JuriusDoctor Yeah, and CCP keep killing good features and getting involved in the markets and player agency to add mmore p2w SHIT. I trust more in SC than i do in Hilmar and china.
