The Taurus is long overdue some love. Considering the popularity of the ship and the money SC have been given in payments for the ship you'd think they'd give us something back. Even if the bloody table worked or the lockers weren't just boxes or you could actually get stuff into the stash room

Enjoyed the review. Taurus has always been one of my favorite ships, and it's even better now. I would suggest just from a video quality aspect that you so something with your mic mix, you were rather quiet and sounded far away but overall great video!

I'm inclined to believe in the high probability of the Constellation series and the Mantis becoming the players choice to be pirates ships. the Constellation ships are much more practically suited for piracy than the Drake ships. If anything I see Drake ships being used for player organized militias to defend against player organized piracy.

Thing is already a sleeper with a half way decent pilot and good turret gunner in space. Can’t wait for my Taurus to get 4 size 5s 😂😂 would be nice if CIG added another cargo elevator to the shielded cargo room of the Taurus so it wasn’t a pain in the ass to move boxes through those doors. Maybe make the grid illegal cargo only in there

A mostly positive review, are you feeling ok? 😀😀😀 I don't agree with some of your criticisms, but I do appreciate your honesty.

To be honest, and despite what they are doing to older ships, I expect, the Connie to get a small re-haul in the near future. All those lockers will become active and the Connie has quite a lot of those. It makes sense to me that you have to store stuff properly and that small ships will have less "trunk space" laying around. all the other stuff will need some sort of container in the cargo section. The Freelancers got an upgrade, with components storage, that the Connie still lacks, yet the fact that they didn't touch the storage areas tells me they are not ready for the intended usage in the current SC. you can use some drawers in the Corsair or the 400i, but lockers are "inert" so far. All the Connies will be beasts in 3.23 but the price hyke shows this was the intended outcome, while the Corsair remains a pretty "Cheap" option in comparison.

Does the Taurus have the same problem that the connie has that the guns in gimball mode (the lower guns) can't fully "see" everywhere so they sometimes stop shooting when you aim too far to the left or right? It's quite annoying because they also don't automatically start shooting again.

Nope your point that you make at around 6:44 regaurding storage wont be as you said. The Connie is not even close to gold standard and it will get a treatment at some point, the same goes for all the old ships... If you think about it the connie is probably the only early ship that did not recive drastic changes from the original first hangar consept, it go a little bigger thats about all. And i refering to the period where Hangars was all there were in SC.

Fuck fuel, just get the XL-1. The connie has enough fuel to make it through the system forth and back at least once even with the XL-1

they better make sure all ships have storage compartments by the time they remove the magic inv access just from pressing I, they shouldnt be taking something away without its replacement being functional!

it's a ptu, there's going to be problems with the build, you should be use to it by now. and other streamers and youtubers say that his patch is the most stable too.

I love all the Connies, but those struts in the center of the screen always stopped me from having one in game. I would really like for CIg to move those away.

Yes but will you be able to actually play this game,if not you have not got a snowballs in hell of actually shooting any one before the server kicks in and the opponent is half way to pyro.
