I can't get over that the biggest driving point of the series is "prove a witch can do good," as if that's groundbreaking. As if we haven't had Practical Magic, Little Witch Academia, the Bratzillaz franchise where their theme song has the line "they cast magical spells to do good," the Owl House, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Every Witch Way, W.I.T.C.H., High Guardian Spice(I know it's not that good but it still features witches who choose to do good deeds and be harmless), or motherfuckin WIZARD OF OZ AND WICKED WHERE THEY LITERALLY HAVE THE CHARACTER "Glinda the Good Witch." She's deadass acting like this is a new, untouched concept when the concept was touched in fuckmothering 1900!!!
Calling it now; if Rebecca’s Crowdfunding campaign fails (which I’m 98% certain it will), but still makes more than Enter’s (somehow), Rebecca is going to brag about it to Enter.
this is one of the worst indiegogo projects i have ever seen. - the trailer only shows still images of the characters, we dont know their personalities or descriptions. - we dont know the description or worldbuilding of the series. - the main character is a self-insert of herself. - the series is not even animated, just PNGS moving in the screen. - its a concept that was done before but she acts like its something new. - asking for 25K for this is just delusional.
The proposed format reminds me of JSenpaiX4's "anime", which is also more or less a slideshow that he just narrates a detailed synopsis over. It was also clearly just a very creepy vehicle for his waifu-related fantasies. So at the very least, Rebecca's show is a step up above that...? Also, nice to see Rebecca keep up the tradition of absolutely hideous character designs (even if these ones were drawn by someone else). Her self-insert's smile is going to show up in my dreams tonight.

This is just sad, she's setting herself up for failure at this point Not only did she ask me in DMs to donate (which I refused) but I don't think she knows that media about witches being good exist by now, especially The Owl House which I KNOW she watched because she calls it a rip off of Amphibia Shit, even I'VE been trying to write a story, tossing around concepts that involves witches for 6 years, and right as I'm about to put my plan into action, Rebeccah does THIS?! And Rebeccah knows this, I used to send concept art for my story in her server, types of magic i made or the magical abilities my character has, and yes, even characters that are full on witches The story is called "The Extraordinary Spider-Man" and while the main character has the same name and appearance as me, it's not autobiographical, it's gonna be made in an attempt to tell a new kind of Spider-Man story. One that asks "What if Spider-Man's powers were magic and not radioactive?" But unlike Rebeccah, I'm taking the safer route and making it into a comic instead and I'm sure as hell not asking for tens of thousands of dollars to make it happen. I'm not even sorry when I say, I do not see this ending well for her at all

Like, besed off the advertising alone, I could easily do this using the PNG's, the backgrounds and with text to speech. Like, this is starting to sound like a more advanced NFT scam at this point. $25k for PNG's chaging and sliding on a background she got from Google Images? People on the internet can make actual quality ANIMATION and upload it online without any budget and funding. This is bullshit.
Finished watching the video. I'd imagine the "story" is basically all the stuff Rebeccah did in the real world. You know, her takes about fictional characters cause COVID-19 in real life, her telling a suicidal person that they were too suicidal, her keeping pedophiles on her server, her getting confronted by LioConvoy and well as getting fired by Mr. Enter. Apparently, people are all like this to Rebeccah because she's a which, therefore, everyone here is the bad guy in her story. Seriously, would this be so far off? Like, she is so unoriginal and she badly want to justify everything she did to protect her own ego. Like she explicitly states the story is about HER, and by implication, with the series about how whiches are good people, it's really about how Rebeccah is in the right about everything she did in real life. Typical.

Wow, Story Arcs in Reviews. That´s very innovative. In the 2009. I actually watched a bit of her first Arc and the Beginning of her second Arc. The great emotional Climax is her meeting her Teenage Self, which has never been done before, especially not in a Review of the Lion King Remake. But I will say, Dashie gave an unironically good Performance in those Videos

rebeccah gives off the impression that she's a person who just doesn't know what she's doing and has no idea how anything works, and in all honesty, i can't suspend my disbelief enough to consider that the contrary could be possible. making a flexible goal crowdfunding campaign, meaning at the end of the funding period she pockets whatever was donated, and not even bothering to explain how that $25,000 is going to be allocated is insane. it's actually insane. asking for thousands of dollars to make a project that is in no way structurally different from the content she already makes is absolutely insane. how does she even expect to generate any support for this when she showcased no examples of what she intends for it to look like, nor any aspects of the story, aside from the general premise that really only proves how narrow her scope of media is... as someone that reviews media... then on top of that, she hasn't made a single video that's exceeded 50k views in 3 years. who's going to donate all that money when she has no visibility? ghosts??
Let's be real y'all, do you honestly think Indigogo would've continued backing this? Like seriously? Star did a terrible job of not explaining the premise of this series nor gives a basic descriptive characterization of the main cast and to top it off, there's no way she's gotten a voice cast and scripts that fast.
