Star health insurance la Covid claim 100% settlement thara matranga sir. 40% to 60% only they have paid and that also through Reimbursement only in Network Hospital. Totally Disappointed with STAR HEALTH and also they are not covering consumables items like PPE Kit mask etc..

Yes your correct sir, non medical expenses not covered in health insurance. Most of hospitals not processed the cashlessmediclaim why because shortfall of staffs they don't have a enough staff to send papers to insurance department for cashless . This short time issues this situation come to normal in few months
