Robert Picardo was The Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager and Richard Woolsey in Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, and Stargate Universe. He is also known for his roles in The Orville, Smallville, Castle, Supernatural, Morganville: The Series, Bravest Warriors, Dickinson, Space Heroes, Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel, The Savage Dragon, and many, many more.
He is also on the board of The Planetary Society, which is a non-profit that helps promote space exploration. You can find more information about them here: www.planetary.org

Love him in Voyager and Stargate. I really wish Stargate got the same respect Star Trek does. I really do believe Stargate should be held up alongside Trek as a example of brilliant sci-fi television. I love them both equally.

Originally didn't like him in inner space and gremlins when he was cast I thought not him But he became my favourite voyager character now I like him in the old films. Saw him live at the Albert hall in London at my only convention he was brilliant so glad to be wrong

I've been to several conventions and met several celebrities and I was never nervous to meet them. This time I'm very nervous yet very excited to Mr. Picardo and I don't know why. But I'll be okay at Shore Leave.

I think you got your doctors confused. Dr. Frasier was the senior medical officer on Stargate SG1 who tragically died. She was replaced with Dr. Lam. The daughter of General Landri, who replaced General Hammond.
