I said I was done with the action figures because I have no more room but I saw this badass tie interceptor for $12 and I couldn't resisted.

Love the interceptor though its so weird how its cockpit is bigger than the tie when they're supposed to be the same mass-produced fighter moviewise. Still love all the details and excited to get mine from amazon.

Funny thing is that I was just about to order this model online when I read your comment and decided to give Walmart a try and sure enough they had just one left hidden all the way in back of the rack, got lucky today! Thanks buddy, you saved me some wait time! 👍

I'm really glad Jazwares is not going overboard with the paint washes on their TIE Fighters. That's my biggest complaint with the Hot Wheels Starship Select toys. These vehicles should look like they are fresh off the assembly line in contrast to the Rebellion's star fighters (which should appear to be old, run-down, and cobbled together from spare parts).

Agreed. They did a much better job also decreasing the wash on the vehicles after series 1.

My favourite Star Wars ship, this TIE Interceptor has lived up to expectations but the colour of the Action Fleet is sadly closer to what was seen in Return of the Jedi.
