STAR WARS: THE BAD BATCH Episode 8 (season 3) Reaction & Discussion! 

I've had this thought before, but this season has really solidified my idea that Crosshair is the Mara Jade of this show. That might be one of the reasons I've done a 180 on him so quickly. Deeply brainwashed, conditioned into becoming a human weapon who did terrible things, resisting the acknowledgement of PTSD, gradually becoming disillusioned with the Empire, and in need of a wholesome blonde with a sunny disposition to help him through the healing process. Like Mara he's having to de-program from what essentially amounts to cult-like ideological manipulation, so he won't be able to completely detach from that right away. I think he'll get there by the series finale, but I'm not entirely convinced he's going to survive his redemption arc. Redeemed Star Wars characters rarely do

Crosshair has grown on me. The dynamic between him and Omega just warms my heart. You were right on the money with the hand thing being psychological. Here's hoping Crosshair doesn't go winter soldier on us. Fennec is a pretty lawful character. She definitely has a code. She may bend her code occasionally, but she usually sticks to it. I think this would be a pretty brilliant way to get asaj in the mix.

I did not have Fennic Shand on my bingo card but i am more than pleasantly surprised.

A Night Sister scorned is a vengeful Asajj Ventress created. It makes sense that she might want justice for her dearly departed kinfolk at the hands of the Empire.
