@@GavinAeilts i played pcsx2 emulator on intel graphic card now i playing it on gtx 1050 graphic card and intel i5 processor not that good either but it runs a lot of ps2 games on pcsx2 emulator
@@deadpoolgames1 true, but games like Shadow of the Colossus are even some of the ratchet and clank games are pretty difficult to run on even a 1660 super.
This is actually so fascinating. I miss this interesting era of gaming where 10 different versions for 10 different consoles were made for one game lol; such simpler and better times - so much love and care in the industry back them (LucasArts epitomised that precedent really, setting the industry standard for its time).
This game is a gem, and provides a good experience in all platforms. I've played the PS2 version first, then PS3 back in the day. I'm currently playing it on PS Vita (the PSP version - which is one of the best and fun games I've played for this portable), and bought the Ultimate Sith Edition for the Xbox 360 to play on my Series X - it is backwards compatible and got a patch to run in 4K. Excellent game, I'm planning to buy now the Switch phisycal version on Limited Run :)
I did the same, I played the PS2 version and then the PS3. I was surprised because of the graphics on PS3, but the best is PS2 bcause you can fight against Darth Phobos and Desolous and other thing better is the double jump on PS2
I have a soft spot for the PSP version because that's how I originally played it and I do have that version on my PS Vita now. I think graphically you have them in order, though you probably needed a beefy PC to get the best out of it back then. Like many games the 360 does look a little better than the PS3, but most people wouldn't notice in the middle of gameplay. While the PS3 and 360 had the better graphics, I've always felt the PS2 and PSP had smoother controls.
I played the PSP version when I was a kid, never realized the Navy commandos are not stormtroopers... then I played the PC version... couldn't find them anywhere 😂
I played it on 360 back in the day, and I was about to buy it for Switch but I figured I'd better check and make sure they didn't change too much first. not only do the levels look different, but starkilled doesn't even hold hi saber in reverse? dealbreaker.
@@NinjaNeet For some reason, it doesn't happen in the old generation version (PS2/WII/PSP/Nintendo Switch), but curiously, if you leave Starkiller AFK for some reason, he has an animation where he grabs the lightsaber backwards, and if you enter combat quickly, he remains with the lightsaber backwards for a while.
Fact: you can buy 4 versions of this game 2* handheld versions (* is there because of the Switch port) 2 sixth gen versions (includes PSP) 1 seventh gen version
What’s the difference between the ps2 and Xbox 360 versions? Are they different games completely, or only some different added content here and there? Is it worth playing the ps2 version if I just finished the Xbox 360 version? Thanks!
Different levels, rpg part, animations. In Xbox version you get super epic experience, like you're a sith-terminator with all these real-time cutscenes where you hold with the Force huge battlestarships. PS2 version hits different and it remember me classic series of God of War. Epic experience too, but a bit less epic. PS2 version feels more soulful. Player has starship hub where he can do some stuff like upgrades or speak with some characters as I remember. Yeah, both versions are completely different games except the plot. So if you've finished Xbox version recently, PS2 version worth your play also.
I recently played xbox 360 version on xbox series, but i cannot play because o don't liked the style. I don't know why they made those different versions. In my opinion, the style and design from ps2 and switch versions are better, the lightsaber is better, gameplay is more fluid. In my opinion, they could use the ps2 and switch versions in all platforms.
@@0predaking0 yea, I just recently played the 360 version and was very underwhelming Darth Maul caught me off guard but all the bosses and other missions on the ps2 make it way better I feel like the gameplay looked a lot more different though
I did realise a slight difference in prev gen versions like the ps2 and wii have a slightly different camera Angle to psp and they have ragdolls unlike the psp
I remember playing the wii and psp version, they were alot of fun and I'm currently playing the ps3 version, though the ps3 version is really good, i always liked the extra stuff on psp.
For those who are familiar with the game should i play the ultimate sith version on ps now or go with the xbox 360 back compact version on the series x?
Bruh the nintento switch version is so sad. It's not only a port of the last gen version, but it's a port of the PS2 version, which looks worse than the wii version. It's missing normal maps, several shadows, better physics and lighting and much much more. Why did they port this version?? And why did have to be the inferior version of the already inferior version????
what aboiu the menus and customization like come on a 20 someting minuet video and you show chaos of 4 games at once and all the sound at one time but no simple menu / rogue shadow menu comparison
We con have a "nostalgia" feel and remember the version weplayed as "the best" for a reason or another, and it is legit and right. But, technically Ps3/Xbox/PC are the best, no discussion.
@@SacilvioSantos That was the rumor before the game came out but I checked out a few reviews now and can't find any info about that. It only mentions the PVP duel stuff that were already in the Wii version and not the Order 66 or Historical battle that were on PSP.
For me the PSP version is the best, it's the better version of the game, the same version as the Wii and PS2 without the clunky controls of the Wii and more content, it runs 60fps and is the full version that's portable, unlike the DS version.
I was kinda surprised to see the PS3 version looks nicer than on the Xbox 360. Thankfully Xbox enhanced it with their backwards compatibility on the One X and Series X
As a matter of fact the whole Game was changed after the Wii. Newer Versions didn't had mini Missions in the Jedi Temple in the main Story. Vater sends him there every now and then, claiming he is "not ready". Starkiller has to fight against emperial Troops and several past Siths (Hallucinations). He also meets a Jar Jar like Bounty Hunter and the story was very different in general
omg this game it was so broken for me when i played it on pc so i needed to switch to ps2 version and i played nds version too and the force unleashed 2 was in slow motion for me when i played pc version and i manage to fix it but it was still broken and i had a video on youtube that i fixed slow motion problem but people was just stupid in comments and asking me how i fixed it and i told them there is a video on youtube they should check it out im not tutorial channel i only doing gameplay and playthrough videos but they were kept asking and telling me bad stuffs so i rather deleted the video then deleting their comments its kinda sad cuz the video got over 500 views and my videos barely get any views so i was happy to see that many views btw another fully 3d nds game lol :D and how they only give u to play as Darth Vader in the first level of the first game but i like how Darth Vader just walking through everything and bullets or lasers just bounce of him lol :D
