One of my favorite episodes, despite it being probably one of the least expensive to produce. Some great lines in this one: "My Ph.D. is _not_ honorary," and "You know, from television." :)
This was my all time favourite episode of any of the SG's... Even if I did spend two days on a coach with Robert Carlyle once....REALLY awesome guy as it happens nothing like the role he played on SGU
By far a great episode. Also Neil said it, people are not dreaming and that is a problem I am 43 years old and disabled with MS. From the age of like 5 I have always loved science Fiction. Hard SF is by far my favorite. If I had had money to go to the university I wanted to and followed through with the courses I wanted I would have been one of the best, if not the best prostetic limbmaker. I wanted to use the idea's I got from scifi to create replacement limbs that actually worked by brain impulses and not just muscle movement. I wanted them to be able to actually feel texture, temperature, and feel where it is with your eyes closed. Due to the fact I had no money for school that went out the window. But still I was working from a dream and we need to make those young people out there dream too!
Love this episode! Mckay and Keller... so cute! :D But especially cause it was filmed at my old High school! YAY I stood in the same spot as Rodney Mckay! ... but I'm not a stargate geek..... no.....
Adria who is the leader of the Ori until she becomes the Ori. A lot of the people from Stargate pop up or are in other Sci-Fi shows as a lot of them are filmed in Canada. Jodelle Ferland who played Harmony in an episode of Atlantis later started in Dark Matter. The actor who played Martuf was in Dead Zone and so was Don S. Davis as well as a number of others. It's always neat to see some of the actors and actresses who play your favorite characters pop up in other great shows!
I know this is 7 years late but if I'm not mistaken it's from Season 5 Episode 11 - The Lost Tribe. The scene right after is I believe from Season 5 Episode 15 - Remnants
I watched this in hopes to see the scene with N d Tyson, glad to see it also had Bill Nye, lol. Tyson was right, his acting was pretty terrible in here, lol.
