Starship Titanic full walkthrough 

I played this game as a kid and was so confused. I ended up just wandering around. Excited to see this on YT

I don't know if people really appreciate the technical complexity this game had. The ability to text to talk to the AI was pretty advanced at the time, required INSANE amounts of pre-recorded dialog to predict what the user would type. They essentially tried to do ChatGPT the manual way!!

I remember finding this CD-rom computer game and read the Title, "Starship Titanic" two words that normally are not together. Intrigued, I purchased the game and played it to completion. I even read the book. Really, As the bomb would say, "Cross my heart and hope to detonate." LOL The graphics were superb. The story very strange but entertaining. What are the odds of another intelligent alien life from a very distant planet that would create such a large starship named "Titanic" and boast that nothing can possibly go wrong, then that's the first thing that happens? Trading a house for an alien starship, interesting deal, I'm sure that NASA and the MIB would be VERY interested. LOL To play this game on today's computer, it won't work, you'd need a retro system.

The neo Artdeco design was sooo beautiful I loved it on my Powebook G3 wallstreet back in 1999...

I was obsessed with this game when I was about 12. The music and visuals were beautiful, though sometimes haunting in a way. Really captured my imagination. To other commenters here, in all fairness, it's confusing to understand what's going on unless you read the book or listen to the audio (which I highly recommend). You get so much more context. Basically, it's an alien ship on the level of the actual Titanic, but something goes wrong and it flashes into hyperspace right before its inaugural journey. There are 2 dead characters onboard who tried to double-cross the creator Leovinus and got murdered (seemingly by the robots). The game takes some liberties from the book, but basically it's a VERY intricate puzzle. You're supposed to find all the pieces of its mainframe computer Titania and put her back together so you can return to Earth. I was never able to finish it without a guide lol. Puzzle games were impossible to solve back then 😂

Wow. Played this on my grandparents PC when I was about 5. When that countdown began I was so scared because I thought the house was gonna blow up. I would run out the house 😂

I played for days as a kid and made it to my first room (by complete chance) before giving up. Thought I was bad at games, but watching this confirmed this game makes absolutely no sense.

I swear in the beginning of this game you were in an apt and it was raining, and then bomb sirens startes going off. I remember that i had to wait for that for the ship to crash. This makes me feel like im going crazy 😂 this is such a nicer beginning to the game.
