You're a lovely signal in the noise pal. Thanks for the reminder to take today for what it is and make the most of the lovely place I'm in. Right before this vid I had a conversation with someone who I always have so much investment in, future-stakes, always an attached anxiety about what happens after we talk each time. I forgot to recognise that the conversation in the moment was utterly lovely this time and worth holding in my hands with some degree of awe, no matter what the future consequences. I might have a dance in my room and just dwell in that before I think about what to say next or why. The funny thing about the present is that sometimes it's only in forgetting the past or the future that you really see the full scope of progress as regards both, you really get the sensation of the whole timeline once you let go and just ignore it! Haha

I've been trying to tell myself this type of stuff but sometimes it helps to hear someone else say it so I know I'm not the only one thinking about this. Thank you

I've been thinking of starting my own freeform journey for awhile now and well your videos inspired me even more. I do have a question about the shampoo. The kind you used is out of stock.
