Starting Over at 30 

You never think it's gonna be you, until it is. I'm just as excited as I am nervous to start this.
I recently turned 30 and it's completely different than how I thought it'd feel. I thought I'd feel old. I thought I'd feel more complete, more confident. Instead, I feel like a cheese grated version of my former self.
The back half of my 20s were full of "I never thought's:" I never thought I'd have to get divorced; I'd never even considered having a stalker or a major health scare; and yet, here we are.
I'm ready for my 30s to continue to be full of "I never thoughts," but, you know, the good kind.
