We’re laughing now at the funny raining gibuses, but you have to realize that these are bot hosters making the game unplayable (I’ll admit that I didn’t expect this would be the way that VSH would be ruined by bot hosters)
It's hilarious to me because this is the only way bot hosters can cause any problems, which is by killing themselves en masse. Goes to show how hilariously OP Saxton is
@@GuyWithAMission Its not gonna happen, or its rare to do it that fast. I think those VSH maps aren't that intensive. Besides, once the 64 bit update drops, that method breaks

@@Revan384 That's weird, why would they do it in tpose then, if held weapons would help reach the obj limit. At first I thought they were actually joining servers to boost Hale's HP and ruin the balance for red team.
On community servers same thing happens, difference is that humans do it too and way too often... If the "friendlies" (aka griefers) on PvP gamemodes are alredy a problem in casual (Valve servers), in community server is even worse... Its just unplayable... I am not going to a server just to waste my time seeing ppl t-posing and 💀 themselves, doing congas or kazotsky but apparently tf2 community seems to be ok with griefers ruining matches to others... Unfortunately just leaving the server and joining another match doesnt work when most of the time is just like that, but oh well, at least mvm is still fun

The game is ~60k bots and 10-20k real players. So yeah the game is in the worst state its ever been. Valve needs to get off their bums and do something.
Easy fix! Disconect the cosmetics/hats servers from VSH mode entirely. This would ruin the crashing method. (Or just delete hats after a certant treshold like 248 hats/cosmetics and boom every cosmetic items deleted!)
Not quite; there is a beta branch of TF2 in development that uses x64 architecture rather than x32, which can therefore have a higher entity limit. This is only true for the beta branch which is verh mucb in early development and is not used for matchmaking. It will take most realistically a couple of years, if not longer, for this to be pushed as the main branch of TF2. As such, for players (including all servers through Valve's matchmaking!) the entity limit hasn't changed, nor will it for some time. But the good news it is will!
and this is why you can't just fix bots by having better anticheat. the purpose of bots is to grief. they can accomplish that well with sniper aimbots, but they can also accomplish that by just AFKing.
so weird, I havent really seen any other game where bots are an issue like this. what is even gained by doing this??? I guess they are trying to crash the server, but whats the point? Time is valuable no matter who you are or what situation you are in, how pointless to waste it doing that.
Well, the problem is, once the bots doing this are set up you dont really have to do anything at all. They run in the background in a virtual machine at a low CPU cost and thats that. As for the hosts goal? They propably think theyre the funniest people alive AND they are getting attention for it :/
Some hosters I've heard sell "immunity" for a stupid price. They're trying to extort people in the playerbase, tho I do imagine some do it just because they're terrible people
@@-z4630 They're attention whores, and TF2 players are loudmouths and that "immunity" thing is entirely bullshit, sometimes bots kill each other, sometimes not and on rare occasions, call a votekick on a bot on the enemy team I love you Gaben-sama!
pretty easy fix wouldve been to simply make hats disappear/fade out after 2 seconds after being dropped, or just have a limit on dropped hats/cosmetics... but knowing how valve still cant even fix the bot issue in none of their games, i doubt they would include a fix like that in tf2
It's crashing the server before anybody has the opportunity to play. When they killbind they drop their hats as entities which get added to the server's entity limit, which also updates this to the players via edict. This means that when they killbind like this over and over, they will A) eventually crash the server, forcing everyone to not be able to play anymore, B) possibly crash peoples' games from sending so much data updates so quickly, C) cause the gamemode to effectively be hostaged as most servers get shut down: so long as they shut down a server, they can practically guarantee they'll flood it in queuing before humans do when it finally comes back up, thus ensuring all servers are basically shut down at all times. It's not a good kind of bot.
I played against the bots as Hale and they kinda act like real people, only if the real players alive. If they’re all dead, they will move around and Hale won’t even do anything
