It’s the first time I hear someone putting logical teaching and Bible words together. Thank you, I think I really need this right now. You really sums up what I’m going through and how I’m feeling. How undeserving one feels after not getting that job and the unworthy turmoil going on and on. You really have the calling in this path of yours.
@soccerchick9841Remember that for you to be successful in an interview, the interviewer needs to SEE and BELIEVE that you’re the BEST option for solving THEIR problem. Make sure that you’re super clear about the problem they need YOU to solve. Use the ‘you’ attitude, not the ‘me’ attitude. That’s what they want! Adopt that mindset, and you WILL see a difference. Good luck next time! Be encouraged! 😉
Here's a tip that often worked for me, but unfortunately it did not work for the jobs I really wanted. So....if you need a job bad, and are willing to work at place you'd rather not, and would actually hope you do not get an offer, yet you're willing to give it a try, you will have a much higher chance of getting an offer ! any shyness, or uncertainty will not show during the interview, and you will appear to be a lot more confident ! And sure of yourself !
I'm newly unemployed. I've been crying too. Full of fear at moments. Working on my positive mindset during the process. But I've accepted that this will be a little bit of a bumpy ride.
I have shaken my head a number of times in despair during my current job search; it can be frustrating especially when it feels like all my friends and peers from my school days are all fully employed and doing well. I want to return to that circle ha ha.
I watched the confindence, what are your weakness, and a few other of your videos. My qualifications plus your tips I hadca second interview and today I landed the job. I go tomorrow to do hiring papers. I Had to come and give you a thank you. Keep up the good work.
Congrats J.E.! I find Linda's videos very informative and motivational. It's great to see that your implementation of her advice assisted you in landing this new opportunity.
I've had the funny experience of finally landing a job and a month or two later, get contacted by multiple recruiters in regard to other positions. Some of these openings even offered better compensation packages and more interesting responsibilities. Currently I'm in between jobs, and I'm not hearing from recruiters as much.

Linda, as I am watching your video right now, I got a call for a job interview that I never believed I had a chance for but I had applied anyway. I had almost given up with my job hunting as I faced only rejections so far for the last 6 months. I don't ever comment on RU-vid but Thank you very much for this video. Words are really powerful thing! looking forward to the interview!, You keep up the good work.
This video was exactly what I needed to snap out of my "I can't find a job pity party". Lessons two and three really resonated with me and I am going to work on pushing my negative internal dialog OUT and letting the positive dialog IN. I will most likely watch this video again, when I find myself slipping back into the self-doubt abyss. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video. I have been having some extremely dark thoughts and feeling like there will not be a silver lining, but after watching this video, I've gained some strength to keep trying to be positive. Job hunting can be brutal; the silence and rejection destroys your self-worth...but knowing that your worth is NOT your job or title helps change my perspective.
Very inspiring. I've been watching this video many times but it syncs into my inner mind this time. The excerpts you read in Eckhart Tolle's book and your explanation of your thoughts opened my mind. I should not entertain the negativity and instead look into the abundance that was already in me. Thank you, Linda.
A very useful and realistic video. I am in a situation that finds me at age 58 (last week!) and looking for a job. your positive and realistic message really helped me.
Thank you so much linda, I literally went from -10 to +2.....its not much but thats was just the video I watch now. I'm going to take this new bold road and get out of this slump I'm in
Hi Linda! Thank you for making these videos. I recently left a very hostile toxic work environment and found your videos while looking for a way to phrase that on interviews without bad mouthing my previous employer. Not only have you helped me with that task but you've taught me other important aspects of the interview process.
I have been watching your videos and I have been telling to myself that you and I we have so much in common I read over 8 years ago NEW EARTH book and watched all of the TV conferences with thousands of people. No wonder you have such a beautiful Aura around you and the amazing confidence you display on your videos is amazing. So excited we have been on the same path. Continue your beautiful work, you are helping many like no other on youtube.
Linda, your videos help me a lot along the way my job hunting journey. Thank you so much! And after suffering so much from the negativity for nearly half a year, I final get some final around interviews. Hope that I can get the offers. 💪🏻
How to handle the depression that comes out of jobloss? Feeling negative and helpless is a natural involuntary emotion. Any suggestions to overcome such challenges?
Love this so much. I have come to realize that I believe stressing and worrying help me get what I want. It’s amazing to see why explained here and that others do this as well!
this is very beneficial, thank you Linda! This is very much needed, esp during this time (covid)... we need more positivity and belief & faith in ourselves.
Finding your channel is one of the best thing i have found on internet. Yout videos on self confidence had helped me a lot to get deeper understanding of my self
Thug tears over here! I have been unemployed for 2months now but have been feeling great! Truly thankful for everything that I have. I am blessed to have food to cook for my family, clothes on our back, roof over our heads, and my family and friends are safe and happy! But seriously, I need a job lol. And I have been putting in the work; making the changes needed to, at least, be offered an interview. Watching your videos have been helping me tremendously!!! Thank you so much Linda Raynier.
Omg I actually have that book and it really helped me during very confusing times in undergrad. I just graduated with my Masters and the job search has been really frustrating. I can 100% agree this book is extremely helpful and I may have to revisit this one.
You're exactly the person I need at this stage of my life. I have older sisters and an amazing wise mother, but you're the only person who I feel truly understood by. Thank you so much Linda
Linda thank you so much Tolle I read the power of now but your words brought so much comfort to my heart because I know God has something special for me!
I began watching your videos a little too late with an interview I made the mistake of sharing my person problems and why I haven't been working but I do have another interview tomorrow and since I found your video it is going to help me ace it...you are awesome I love your good vibes I need more friends like you in my life thank you for your help :)
I love my work but I am ready for more responsibility and to learn new things. I keep interviewing and waiting. Thanks for this video to help me to stay positive!
I just want to say thank you! This book has been an awakening and so relatable. Hadn’t it been for me looking for work wouldn’t have led me to this video! Very grateful 😅
Hello Linda, I am a Legal PA returning to work after a large career break. I have found it very helpful to tell my family, friends and people I meet in shops that I am looking for a job. The amount of verbal support I get is awesome - especially from strangers! I tell myself I am worth that fantastic job at Evershed Sutherland and that I know I'll be there very soon. Stay positive job seekers, keep your skills up to date, visualise that job and get passionate about yourself too😈
it's been 3.5 months since I graduated. Every time I get interviews, I don't hear back from them. I'm so frustrated and plus my family is also bugging me. It's hard to staying positive...
Hi Ms. Linda! This video really helped me to look for a job. When the world seems to fall apart, I watched this and it enlighten me to look on the bright side and be positive always. I should never give up and lose hope. Thank you so much and keep inspiring people. 😘

is true, is hard to stay positive if you're looking for job around Sept to Feb. Those months are the fiscal months. So have to be patience and keep staying positive.
I have been praying to find a video like this, I'm so angry with the job hunting, and it is depressing, especially after graduating college. I know things will get better thank you 🙏🏻
+Linda Raynier Another great advice and this one is really eye-opening! Following my comment from your other video, this one goes deep-dive below the surface - not defining yourself to a job title. I really find these key lessons valuable. Thank you so much Linda!

Many need to know about this channel it will transform their lives not only in finding a job, but also in their careers. I love each one of your videos they are amazing and like no one else, very unique teaching in a way that allows the reader that everything they are is inside of them whether I positive or negative.
Thanks for the great points about staying positive in your job search Linda. I appreciate your sharing from your personal journey and letting us see the things that helped you move the mental needle and ultimately come out on top in your job search. We have all felt the emotional swings in the job search and this video provides practical advice to overcome some of those emotional pitfalls.
The way you explain the mind of professional and give direction and solution to move ahead , It is really very helpful and great support any one can do for professionals ... Thanks Linda. I will be waiting for next videos .I am in same paradox to trying to come out I do not know how you can help me.
Thank you for posting this presentation. I'm in the middle of watching it and already am feeling better and more optimistic about my job search, which has been daunting and financially taxing (unfortunately my last job, which was a contract gig, didn't run long enough for me to qualify for unemployment benefits in the U.S. state that I live in). Seeing this video reminds me I have plenty of skills, education and industry background to offer any company and do well in a new position.
