The hollandaise/jar/blender thing … Never seen that before … I live in france, classical trained. Hollandaise/béarnaise etc. I can see guys I knew shaking their heads and saying “mais non, merde” Me, I’m originally a Brit so I’ll try it and figure the trick and it is frankly genius … Thanks for that

Great cook brother ! I have been seeing that cut down here in okc area at the smaller butchers. I was given some [ lifter steaks ] to do a video on by my butcher . We will have to see what I come up with on cooking them . Love the way you did The fries on this video .

Coating the fries in parm right from the start is something I wouldn't have dared, but it seems to work under the right temperatures. I don't have a smoker, but perhaps I can make this work in my ol' gas oven. Thoughts for food, thanks Tom!

Needs more fries. The secret to Steak Frites, is lots of sauce and fries for dipping. Also, I like to do Parmesan fries in the air fryer.

Steak looks great but really poor effort on those fries, you shouldn't be making thick cut fries without parboiling them first at the very least, frying them from raw is the worst thing you can do. Ideally you also want to fry them at least twice. Look up a recipe for "triple cooked fries".
