Learn how to make the most delicious Steakhouse Style Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing! It's thick and creamy, and so much better than the bottled stuff!
It's a Blue Cheese Dressing you're going to want to whip up time and time again, with its simple yet flavorful ingredients that come together in a flash! It's so creamy and delicious, it goes great on everything you put it on!
Directions and Ingredients:
To a 32 ounce wide mouth mason jar add equal parts (about 1 1/3 cups of each):
•Sour Cream
•Mayonnaise
•Buttermilk
Then add:
•3/4 tsp Salt
•1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
•1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
•2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
•1 Tbsp White Vinegar
•4.4 Ounces Blue Cheese (that you have crumbled)
Stir well to combine, and serve!

Shalom Sally. For this Italian Brooklyn boy I'm partial to Gorgonzola. For a salad/dipping condiment I would use the softer more mild younger Gorgonzola. Try spreading some dressing on a piece of fish then top with a little Panko crumbs and bake. De-lish-us 😋. You can do the same with Caesar dressing. I did it many times at the restaurant. Try a little bit of your favorite blue cheese in an Alfredo sauce 👍. I also like Stilton style Blue cheese. I used that when I worked in a British Pub. Now you got me feeling Blue, in the best way possible 💙😆 Shalom 🙏✌️💙🥀😘
