No, it's only one for the shift probably. But since you have to hurry to prepare all of the orders you ll lack to quality. It's a management issue. They want to make money so they don't pay for more personnel.

I'm sure it tastes amazing but they look way understaffed and the care cooked into the food doesn't appear to be the best. I was surprised I didn't see more marble. Thanks again for another video
The older gentleman's treatment of that supposedly Kobe beef was a bit sloppy maybe because he was working two grills and he was rushing. Such an expensive cut of beef to be treated without respect. And the marbling looked insufficient.

@@Kelsey-xr8fg Agreed. I think he orders well done only in restaurants where the quality is sub-par. I've never been to such a restaurant but to me it looks like this one is quite low-grade, so I think he doesn't trust the meat in such places so orders well done.
So I see most of the steak served rare, or barely medium rare... is it allowed in such a restaurant in Japan to ask for more doneness? Would they refuse such a request?

Mam wrażenie, że tego kucharza trzymają tam tylko dlatego, że tam okazuje się ogromny szacunek starszym. Widać, że mu to gorzej już idzie, ale dlaczego zwalają na niego obsługę aż dwóch stanowisk. Jedno by mu wystarczyło, czułby się potrzebny a by się nie przemęczał zbytnio.
Kobe beef is so heavily marbled that one has to cook it to medium to render all the fat out, and even when cooked well done it still retains its juiciness. It's not clearly stated if that's Kobe beef or not, or wagyu, or something else.
Yeah if we take the Kobe as Kobe beef it seems the meat is not marbled or lot of white streak of fat is not seen. I wonder are all cattle in Japan grass fed?
Please do not mad at me this is my own experience , i went there "Kobe steakland" last year but i found out that the quality of steak is terrible and chef did not cook it properly as seen on youtube.Or maybe it was my bad luck and i also discuss this with my JP friend ,she said it was "Tourist trap".I m sorry to show my comment against you but it was my real Experience T_T.Or i always have yakiniku at jojoen many times till i may not be familiar with teppanyaki anymore.I used to have the teppanyaki at tokyo on hotel restaurant ,their cooking show is far more superior than steakland.

WTH? Chef Crypt Keeper and co. were either overwhelmed or undertrained. Compared t other restaurants you’ve filmed, these lads should be rather embarrassed of their in attention and lack of flair. Do you feel ripped off?
man, look like the restaurant need to hire more chef, let an old chef took care of 2 sections and young one take only 1 section is not right, the old chef look more hurry to handle both, so he treated the meat not properly :))), this restaurant is a affordable Kobe beef instead :)
