Slowly but surely knocking off this weight! I've been walking at least 30 minutes a day on my Feier Fitness Star 100 Treadmill. I just put on an incline set it for 4 miles per hour and walk. I do this so that I don't burn off to much muscle while I slim back down. 175 lbs by then end of March. I hope you enjoy the conversation. Love and peace everybody. Out!
