Class 16 visits the shooting range for the first time, and receives training in Arrest and Control Techniques, Crimes Against Children, Criminal Law and Community Policing.
This police academy doesn't look as though they put the recruits through stress training, to see who is able to handle high stress situations before they hit the streets. The San Jose PD is currently about 400 officers short in their staffing levels. The bay area is very expensive and the PD pay makes it difficult to get ahead with the high cost of living.
This is interesting, the community policing ,all the constant stalking, intimidation,harrasment,bullied,by nextdoirneighboor watch community policing in my district 6 and no complaint taken seriously by sjpd and thus retaliation by County while on temp disability is a crime
