yeah the thing is the woman wasn't reporting to udoka or even in the departments he closely works with. there's no female staffer in the celtics team operations (video coordinators, ball boys, assistant coaches, trainers, nutritionists). Those are all men. The female staffer is in a different department in the celtics organization. Rumor is it's someone from finance. what hasn't been confirmed as well if this woman from finance is actually of lower position than udoka or could be his equal or superior in the organization chart.

Some people have no idea what its like to work in a corporate setting and it shows. A lot more goes into it then just consenting adults, think of it from a corporate standpoint.
