Tomlin has overachieved with the team he's been left with over the last few years. JuJu Smith is no #1 WR, and they lost the best WR in the league with Antonio Brown. They have an ancient QB who is inaccurate, turns the ball over and his teammates don't ball out for. Their running game is gone. Their defense is gone, and he still has them 5-5-1, in a tough division. Tomlin is amazing!

Stephen A is a Steelers fan in that he watches Sports Center and that's how he knows about the team. If you're a true steelers fan, you're not surprised this is the culture that Mike Tomlin has allowed to take place. Every year players on the team come out and say something stupid. They love Tomlin because it's fun playing for him. He let's these men (23 year old kids) "be themselves" News flash most of these guys need direction and Tomlin could be the one giving it. James Harrison even came out and said there's needs to be more discipline after he left. In regards to Ben, imagine if he wasn't there. They have 5 wins, and 4 times Ben led a game winning drive. Imagine if Mason Rudolph was the QB. They would be the very bottom in a draft that doesn't have a QB coming out of college. How's Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson doing? Ben is being the scapegoat. Did he allow 3 straight games of over 200 yards rushing? Did he give up 80 points to in two games? The offense scored 37 points in a game and loss. How's that his fault? Because he can't run around? Sure let's get a young mobile QB to run around for 4 quarters that will solve everything.

Big changes are needed. Be humble and improve and try again next year, clearly this is not our year

Ion know… I guess that’s why players love to play with Sean Payton. He lets them be them and express themselves and not be a shield if they self. He explained one time how the culture of the locker room changed because he had to adapt with the generation of his players instead of them adapting to him. Letting them have freedom but still respecting that he’s the top dog and understanding the big picture of each season is to win. Payton has had years of success and every player ego plays in New Orleans love that locker room. Jack rabbit did a whole interview on how New Orleans is the best team he ever played for because they let them be men and understand their players. With all that being said it’s just music and may be the thing that gets them up and ready and going. Whole new generation and sometimes you gotta change some things. If it don’t work then hey but it’s worth a try
