In short, he hasn’t figured out what to do. He even declined to latch on to an excuse… he said he wasn’t tired or hurt, he essentially gave the Celtics their props. This isn’t so much KD not showing up. It’s the Celtics figuring him out, and KD, or the Nets for that matter, never figuring out how to respond.

I think these analysts act extra with Lebron because they don’t like he’s compared to Jordan. It’s ridiculous but that plays a role in why they are so extra with him. They do need to keep the same energy with KD though.

@Spokesman of MJ I hate to say it, but it was a complete waste. Fultz and Ball aren’t even on those teams anymore. And they didn’t contribute to those teams in a meaningful way. Both players have been busts in my opinion.
