I hate it 😂 they try but I respect the ones who can actually speak on different sports . I don’t listen to rob Parker nuch , but when he’s talking baseball I’m all ears
Can you please talk more baseball on first take? And not just about the dodgers, yankees, and cheating astros. There's a lot of talents and storylines that happened during the season.
There’s a reason they don’t. Shannon referring to Soto as a “high priced free agent acquisition” for the Yanks, when in fact they traded for him and he’ll be a free agent next year, tell you all you need to know about why they don’t talk baseball.
@@arkhamknight6371if the Yankees or dodgers got caught cheating banging trash cans for one year do you think other teams would be like okay man enough is enough. It would be permanently tattooed. As soon as they didn’t get punished they should’ve known this is what people will think of them.
Would like to hear more baseball on FT. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves here, Yankees last started 5-0 in 1992.... they finished 76-86. Which was the last time they had finished with a losing record.
In golf it’s not how you drive (start), it’s how you arrive (putt). You drive for show and putt for dough. It’s a long season. Hot start, but there’s always adversity to overcome.
Agreed. His football tales are just as cringeworthy and bad as his baseball takes. 4-5 years ago he said the Chargers were winning because Hunter Henry was having a career year. But someone had to correct him and say Hunter Henry had been out all year and wouldn’t return until December. He constantly gets stats wrong and mixes players up. He needs to just stick to basketball.
@@bugsyeahso Volpe, Stanton, Cabrera and Trevino are minor leaguers? Because all 4 of those guys played against the Diablo Rojas in Mexico. And in 12 at bats those 4 hitters combined for only 2 hits.
@@kevinmoore9547 what are u an orioles fan? The same team that choked last year ? Had one good season now you’re forgetting who the Yankees are ? Nobody worried about the orioles 🤣
wow espn talks about baseball? finally 😂 and juan soto was not a free agent we got him via trade why is it so hard for them to just look up things before they speak about baseball but they do it in every other sport
@@ScarletDream21 well he’s a sports analyst no? Isn’t it his job to cover topics about sports? Regardless my point isnt about him bc i fw shannon, but espn in totality just doesnt cover baseball merely enough like it used to. Actually bring baseball analysts who can cover the segment instead of having shannon in confusion
