According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Ooh, black and yellow! Let's shake it up a little. Barry! Breakfast is ready! Ooming! Hang on a second. Hello? - Barry? - Adam? - Oan you believe this is happening? - I can't. I'll pick you up. Looking sharp. Use the stairs. Your father paid good money for those. Sorry. I'm excited. Here's the graduate. We're very proud of you, son. A perfect report card, all B's. Very proud. Ma! I got a thing going here. - You got lint on your fuzz. - Ow! That's me! - Wave to us! We'll be in row 118,000. - Bye! Barry, I told you, stop flying in the house! - Hey, Adam. - Hey, Barry. - Is that fuzz gel? - A little. Special day, graduation. Never thought I'd make it. Three days grade school, three days high school. Those were awkward. Three days college. I'm glad I took a day and hitchhiked around the hive. You did come back different. - Hi, Barry. - Artie, growing a mustache? Looks good. - Hear about Frankie? - Yeah...........
KingOfMadCows Yes the mighty bear rebellion would soon rise up against the bees but after the great honeycomb empire fell and the bears had consumed all the honey they could consume in the spoils of victory they became too mad with power and enslaved the humans for a second time! Now in the year 2099 the human race are forced to watch a yogi bear cartoon every day and make offerings of picnic baskets and gold to the great bear overlords! But you know what could really destroy the bears.....? Eagles!
There is no meaning to our existence. You come up with that one all on your own? lol I'm sorry for being insulting but you pointing out there is not point to anything is in itself pointless. Also Ariesticnig, don't bother responding, because there will be no point in doing so. To expand on my original post., for anyone interested. The Earth keeps us alive, and I think Humanity as a whole takes it for granted. Humans invented money and it is completely irrelevant to survival. Money is an invention, think about that, it was created from our imagination. Yet we destroy the Earth, the one thing that actually does keep us alive, in order to accumulate it. It's mind bogglingly dumb. And unfortunately Humans have a bad habit of not giving a shit about something until we start to see the negative affects instead of doing something about it before even a single "symptom" arises. Everything seems fine and dandy now but unless we do something we'll regret not giving a shit about the Earth sooner.
3:32 Stephen's lips are twitching as he's trying not to laugh 😂 (and that's why I prefer him without the beard!) And on a random note, I like Viggo Mortensen because he's a Montreal Canadiens fan 😁
Hi Steven, I just wanted to be clear. We still need to save the "Bees" because they are a essential and vital part of our ecosystem. Please Steven, remind the people that this is of the utmost importance. Sincerely, A true bee lover.
Milk and honey the nectar of the gods. The promised land where milk and honey flows. In ancient Greece, the bee was revered, and in the Greek myths the bee (honey) played a large part. Zeus was fed with milk and honey by two nymphs.Man says that after the bee has died out, mankind has another 4 years live. In America thousands of bee peoples die each year and have to be replaced every year (Hungary). Also in Europe dying bees (Varoa eca.). Let us be more careful with these diligent animals!
The sad thing is Bees are actually in trouble and are desperately needed for our food supply. Some people will watch this and think Bees are actually going to start a war and won't actually try to help them as they should.
are you nuts? bee's are dying all over the world, it's a horrible thing cauze it will impact humanity. in 10 years we will not have any bees anymore!!! thank you dolphins #DolphinforPrez
"A day may come when the world of bees comes crashing down. But it is not this day! This day we fight!! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you fly, Bees of the West!"
Historians say that if we just turned to our enemy the spiders, we could've won the war but everyone was too racist, and shit there pants whenever they were within a foot of a spider, to ask for there alligence
The best way to save the bees is to eat foods that aren't grown with pesticides that kill them - so eat organic food, and non-GMOs. Without pollinators, plants can't produce fruits and seeds (which become food for us).
You are wrong-o there! Organic food can still kill bees and GMOs are not harmful to humans or bees (corn ITSELF is a product of GMO! They were never yellow before). How can organic food still harm bees? I'm glad you asked! Organic foods aren't allowed to use man-made, synthesized pesticide, but they can use pesticide and oh boy do they do it! They're allowed to use natural pesticides and those organic, ~natural~ pesticides kill more humans and more bees than non-organic food. So yes, save the bees, but also stop spreading misinformation! P.S. Pesticides don't kill bees as much as their 2 newborn viruses do.
funny video , but i dont think your giving the problem what it deserves, bees are dying in an alarming rate , with out bees we wont have tomatoes ,potatoes pumpkins, apples and soo many more . the variety in our foods will be gone , there will be food shortage and then famine .
Don't worry too much. Bee numbers in the continental US are apparently up. Or at least that's what I read while finding out the actual story behind that news article going around saying bees were endangered (they're not, it was two species of bee native to hawaii that were)
Well then - if the bees in the continental US are ok, everything's ok, isn't it? Protip: don't widen the radius of your researches to a global scale - as long as you're in the continental US, everything else is of no concern, really.
Wait a minute. This is not a joke. This is symbolism. I GET IT. I GET IT NOW. Oh, Stephen and Viggo, if only the audience understood exactly what you are trying to say. God bless you both.
I have a complain as a beekeeper, on 3:54 of the video, honeybees are blind at night, so I am disappointed at stephen Colbert, for not doing his research as a nerd. still funny and an oddly important issue that few know abut
I'm surprised they didn't just shortsightedly weaponize a shit ton of wasps to kill the bees, and then all too late figure out that, unlike bees, the wasp overlords can sting you over and over again.
3:28 totally thought viggo was going to go into his ROTK speech "An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the age of Men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight!"
Sons of fields! Of woods! My brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me! A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our bee friends and break all bonds of bee-ship. But it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the age of insecticide comes crashing down! :P
