I was a former Mr South India. In order to maintain his type of physic definitely he will be taking a low dose testoviron base medicen Or lower dose than his bodybuilding days. No way it is natural but still I appreciate him for advicing others to not use medicens and supplements.

@@MANISV_EDITS that's great to hear. Sir kindly strike a balance in your metabolism by taking infused water which will keep replacing your trace nutrients to avoid water retention. This is tough but try avoiding junkies it will help by bringing down water retention as well it wont add more cholesterol and fat as an addon. Do an effective walk for 20 min which is sufficing anytime before or after 3 hours within any food intake. Just keep the diet simple as only South Indian foods which is tastier as well well balanced. Try using a suger free tablets instead of adding sugar . If u can find stevia you are lucky though. This would do sir for u to shed slowly and steadily since you will be already having a load study material so hunger would be something your close buddy but feed the hunger with simple alternatives.
