They’re not trading any of our pillars on offense this season. They brought in ricky to fill ray rays role. The depth at WR is obviously in case of injury because it can happen.
Look if you can’t handle rumors or talks of your favorite player getting traded or not I would advise you to stop paying attention to the off-season and wait when the season starts
I agree with Steve. We need to stay at the top for many years, that’s how you do it. BTW, great work on these updates, but if I can make a suggestion, look at the camera while you’re talking to us. It’ll make a difference.
If Deebo gets traded it will be partially his fault. Aiyuk is getting advice from Deebo and using his playbook to try and gain leverage. I don't think any teams in the league have paid their top 2 WRs over $50 million. Something has got to give, and it's either Niners pay Aiyuk and try and find money to sign Purdy which could mean trade Deebo or trade Aiyuk and have money for Purdy.

First of all, NO QB can throw it 90 yards. Young was being facetious. I think Josh Allen and Mahomes 'might' be able to throw it 80 yards, stepping forward and with the wind at their backs. Bradshaw, back in his hayday, could throw it 80 yards. Secondly, NEVER slight Montana's athleticism. The dude was an ELITE athlete - lettered in 3 sports at Notre Dame and his favorite sport was basketball. And early on in his Niners career, he was the FASTEST man on the team. I still own the article which quotes Freddy Solomon as saying that. He didn't run more because he didn't HAVE to run more. He understood he was most effective at distributing the ball...and it was better for his health not to run more (defenders were allowed to light up the QB in those days, remember). If you wanna see an elite athlete at his peak, rewatch Superbowl XIX. There's really no excuse for someone who is a Niners fan and runs a channel like this to not know better. Virtually all these games are available on RU-vid these days.

Lol exactly I love Steve Young but he had 2 of the top 10 ALL TIME receivers, so I feel that comment is a little disingenuous. He is definitely trying to straddle the fence in these comments!
Steve's speaking as a qb who was throwing to Jerry Rice & T.O. 😭What he's saying is real tho. Even tho it's easier to find quality WRs than quality O-lineman, Deebo & BA are top tier as far as impact on field & vital to team chemistry. I didn't watch the tape but it felt like they were getting clamped in man coverage during the super bowl, but drafting a burner like Cowly & middle of the field tactician like Pretty Ricky Pearsall was them trying to address that. Can't wait til this convo dies down (even tho i know they're gonna stay on it til next offseason). Go Niners!
I really doubt any team would be willing to do 2 firsts, but I could definitely see 1st and some later round swaps with a team that is desperate for another receiver
