Stevie G predominantly carried a mediocre team during most of his playing career in Liverpool still managed to win trophies (Not Premier Title). Whereas as Kane on his own hasn't been able to win a single Trophy at Spurs. Don't care what others say about Gerrard but he's the best Midfielder in PL history that I've seen.
