I can’t find anywhere a comparison of the Egan vs the wcs/red beard filters . I currently have the wcs but the fit is not great and if you have any oil on the collar it slides off as you tighten the band clamp down which is frustrating. I like the way the Egan attaches via the factory baffle bolts (462) but I’m just wondering if I’m just being finicky or the Egan is better?
Thank you J for your help for us, I just got a 462 and I’m thinking the Red Beard or the Egan. How does the Egan perform…? Conversely I’m thinking about the WCS Bark Buster over the Straight Shot. Your help is much appreciated!
