Hero players plz listen up. Never and i mean never activate dpe in main phase when building ur combo. U can do the typical combo perfectly fine in the endphase thus allowing u to play thru veiler and nib in mainphase
@@Zefa1412 yes, tournament is pretty much the same copy&paste thing in the last 2 months. At least Albaz meta had several combo lines and end boards and wasn't so boring
@@alexandersalcedo5270 it's more about the love to save time. If you watch 1 SE duel you don't really need to see any other of their duels. They are doing the same thing for about 3 months
Been finding that Red Dragon Archfiend makes a surprisingly great counter to Snake-Eyes. Lotta room for hand-traps, 1.5 card combo to get a lotta disruptions on the field, endless supply of big dragons through Red Zone and Bystial Dis Pater, multiple board wipes (Red Supernova, RDA+Crimson Gaia, Scarlight RDA), and if they push your dragons into the back row, you can recover it by using Bone Archfiend in your grave (use the back row monster as cost) BEST OF ALL THOUGH: they only got a couple ways to out 3000+ attack power monsters, so you save your disruptions for those TIP: if you open with Crimson and Soul Resonator, use Bone Archfiend to increase Soul’s level (instead of decrease), then cook and enjoy getting Abyss, Dis Pater, and Red Nova on your first turn (Red Nova makes the pop-effect of Red Zone active)
This tourney is probably the most diverse in a while aside from ban poplar tourney. Enjoying seeing lab, plunder chimera, hero and runic bystial .I feel bad for branded this time, he didn't deserve those harsh bricks.
22:25 The Rescue-ACE Spell/Trap cards have this Effect in them: " If you control "Rescue-ACE Hydrant" at resolution of this effect, + bonus effect" You don't necessarily need to have Rescue-ACE Hydrant as a Monster. As long as you CONTROL IT the Spell/Traps would be BUFFED. Meaning, even if they (Snake-Eyes) push it into the Backrow with Flamberge's Effect or Subversion, the Spell/Traps would still gain the Hydrant BUFF since you "CONTROL IT (The Hydrant)". This is the same as "Mirrorjade, The Iceblade Dragon" having: "You can only control 1 Mirrorjade, The Iceblade Dragon" clause in it's text. Cuz if Mirrorjade were to get pushed to the Backrow by Flamberge's Effect or Subversion, then you still "CONTROL IT (Mirrorjade)" and thus you can't summon a 2nd copy. Hope that clears out confusion about the rulings and help players improve their gameplays.
Snake eyes so easy to beat I didn't have no trouble winning against snake eyes my deck that i built was built to beat that deck with ease the only deck I have trouble beating with the deck I made is against silent voice or voiceless whatever they are called
There's alot of flip effects in naruto but it isn't the entire game. You probably saw rock lee flipping to trigger kimono effects. That entire archetype revolves around coin flips.
Fun fact, the best duel was once again the one with no snake eyes or tier 1 bullshit (Plunder vs Ignister). If Konami just does something meaningful like ban original, the meta weekly would be way more fun, more decks become viable, and realistically nobody actually likes snake eyes or rescue ace.
At this point he should just ban every tier 1 deck in every meta weekly. I'd rather see more decks than just the same shit I'm playing against constantly in ranked.
@@lucasmitchell9027 Then why the fuck would he even call it "meta" weekly, Yu-Gi-Oh players have the stupidest takes. You should've suggested to make a casual tournament instead
5:38 It's a bit of a far fetched play but was it a good idea to honest neos here? Wasnt there another play where he saved his neos, attacked into lady then set the increase he sent with droplet and continue his plays in main phase 2?
Still like the tournament videos, but I also want you to have fun playing MD, so I really appreciate the unedited playtests. I would be fine if you would just comment the top 8 and grand finale, if the meta is diverse, as it helps me understand choke points and plays. But the play testing is you at your best, showing good and upcoming but not meta decks.
nope, ZIAD can pop Wake Up in end phase to bait Nibiru and still get Dark Law it's just that this will not grant Shadow Mist's search next turn but it's Nibiru safe (if opponent has not veiler/imperm)
If the rescue ace player had used the finger on Excel in grave in response of Linkuriboh, he could had won buuuut without any explanation or sense he held that card until the snake eyes player used Excel's second effect to summon from deck when he actually used the finger... of course after Excel's search effect added poplar and poplar added original sinful spoils and he summons another body to revive Excel... The more I chech, the more I ask "Was he high?"
Thanks dkayed for putting up timestamps on the video, so I can skip all the snake-eyes and rescue ace mirror match. It's so boring to watch even at 2x speed.
What is worse than a Mikanko Kaiju-ing your field? - A Mikanko f*ckup with your Extra Deck. Thanks god I won't see that in the next video! Good job Runick!
@@vitortakara7090the card doesnt say "add one snake eyes ash or snake eyes poplar" it says "add one pyro lvl 4 or lower" so there are obviously other targets to add. you just mentioned the the two best targets?
I'm sincere here. I fell asleep during the video. Only Plunder vs Ignister kept my attention and it did only because I've skipped the video to that point.
Why konami What is this meta Does a top performing deck need 7 to 8 disruptions? Why dont they consider banning some generic none senses like Apolo. Rhongo is banned and Apolo is ok to you? Do sth about it
Going first is just stupidly advantageous on this game. This is why I can't recommend this game to my brother and friends. They will definitely notice that
