Stir Fried Chicken Meat & Averrhoa Bilimbi in Bean Paste Sauce / Ayam Mask Belimbing Buluh Sos Taucu

Ingredients for 6-8 pax:
• 500gm Chicken Meat (Sliced into strips).
• 400gm Averrhoa Bilimbi (Sliced into ½, crush & squeeze out sour juice).
• 4 Fresh Green Chili (Slit into ½).
• 4 Fresh Red Chili (Slit into ½).
• 5 Pips Chopped Garlic.
• 3 tbsp Bean Paste (Taucu).&
• 4 tbsp Cooking Oil.
• 1 Cup Water.
• ½ tsp Dark Soy Sauce.
• Salt & Sugar (To taste & add accordingly).
