Yes, your recipe is authentic as I learnt it from a Malacca Portuguese lady. They pronounced it as Debal Curry. They can replace cabbage with potatoes or even cauliflower. All up to different homes.

Saya lebih suka yg lama texture dia lebih lembut kalaw tk mahu dia lekat buka api kecil panaskan 10 ……. 15 minit kemudian klw mahu lagi bagus pukul sebiji telor, bakar dulu nnti acuan kita tk akan lekat lagi sbb dia sudah cukup panas.
