Japanese mustard spinach is really delicious 🥬
You can use spinach instead of it.
It's very easy to make because the seasoning is only mentsuyu.
◎ Ingredients
・Japanese mustard spinach : 1 pack
・Egg: 2
・Mentsuyu (4x concentrated): 1 tbsp
・Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
◎ Directions
1. Cut the Japanese mustard spinach into 4cm , and beat the eggs
2. Put the sesame oil into a frying pan and stir-fry stem of Japanese mustard spinach over medium heat
3. Add leaves and when they become soft, make some space and put the egg and mix it
4. Add the mentsuyu and mix it quickly
