Stir-fried Jinmichae | Delicious and soft squid recipe, Stir-fried dried squid with red pepper paste

180g Jinmichae
2T mayonnaise
1T minced garlic
2T starch syrup
2T red pepper powder
3T red pepper paste
1T cooking wine
50ml water
1T sugar
1T soy sauce

Cut the shredded vegetables into bite-size pieces using your hands or scissors.
Add 2T mayonnaise, mix well and leave for about 10 minutes.
Put oil in a pan and add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, water, starch syrup, and cooking wine.
Stir-fry well.
Add the shredded vegetables and stir-fry over low heat, then turn off the heat and spread the seasoning evenly.
