I found you in the beginning of the dreadful darkness we endured while we were kept inside to ourselves. You, my friend, were a true light for me. You opened a door that I walked through to embrace my creativity even more ! I’m kinda the Jill of all trades and squirrels and rabbit trails are admittedly at times diversions from real life but….. so it goes. 🙃 Life took me through a ringer a time or two and suddenly got short. After 2020, I learned that I have a tumor in my brain that is NOT a death sentence but it affected my hearing and balance. I’m a craftsman by trade and really miss being naïve about what I am able to accomplish. Now I still dream of it all but I try to keep positive and do what makes me happy daily. Some days are better than others and overall much better than they were. Years ago I lived in Spokane Washington and my parents took the train from the Midwest to visit me and my young family. We took a roadtrip to the coast of Washington and down to Oregon. I remember taking a trail to the ocean and seeing the end of your videos (Quilt Roadies too) reminds me of the shore we were on. My parents have passed away ( mom at 99 years old !! Imagine that!) They taught me so much but I think one of the best things was to love others and try to embrace differences and be curious. We can learn so much of other cultures that can enrich our lives. I enjoy your musings and how unapologetic you are !! Have fun on your adventures in Penny and keep spreading your sunshine to the world !! Thanks for being YOU !

I do hope you enjoy your hand stitching I think there comes a time in our life where we need to just sit and stitch and talk and love on the people around us! You go and Laugh a lot, make memories and sit and just watch your beautiful friends and drink in the Love!

I can’t believe that I forgot about stitching last night until almost the end of it! So I regret not seeing all the lovely show and tell people are stitching on. Thanks for the lovely show iht about my 3 Blackbird Designs Halloween themed stitches. Then you pull out my bee project bag I made for you…what a lovely little bit of sparkle you added to my day. You know I think there was a trip to the coast with friends that you didn’t bring your sewing machine and had to borrow some time on Robin’s machine. I love the progress in making in my Mother if the Bees by the Primitive Hare I think I’m finally figuring out the Kreinik braid issues out. Sending positive thoughts for our dear friend you mention. Hi have fun with your friends . My coworkers that I used work with @ the hospital got together but most of them has past away now so have fun we are back in hospital this week my husband is getting worse but I no God is helping us to get thru front Indiana love

I’m sure you told about the product that you can copy your pattern on using your printer. Then stick it to your fabric stitch and then it washes off. Would you please give me the name again? Thank you. I need to do better at writing things down when I hear them. I appreciate your willingness to share ideas. Thank you.
